Caspian Hyrcanian mixed forests
“Living Fossil”, “Natural Museum”, “The oldest forest in the world”, “souvenirs from the first period of the forest on Earth “and “survivor of the Third Age of geology and Ice Age” are all the titles that are given to the hyrcanian forests of Iran.
The total area of this forest district is more than 1.8 million hectares, which is almost 1.4 per cent of Iran’s land forms.

Gissoom Jungle
Gissoom Jungle is located near the coast, so you can enjoy both beach and forest! It has an area of about 80 hectares and is located where the sea and forest are slightly apart. If we continue the forest road and leave the Dinachal village, at the end we will see the Caspian Sea.
Local people and many tourist chose this forest for a pleasant walk. Those who enjoy biking in the nature can enjoy it too. They ride bicycles to the park road and, passing through a tree corridor while feeling the breeze blowing on their faces.
Imagine that while the stars twinkle in the sky, you can also stare at the waves, and maybe drink a warm drink. It might be interesting for you to know that in some places where there is no light pollution, we can also watch the Milky Way.

Dalkhani Forest
The forest with the wonderful space that makes one of your most enjoyable trips of for you, and fills you with its beauty. Dalkhani jungle is located in 30 km southeast of the Ramsar. The ِDalkhani forest is located at a height of about 800 m above the sea level and is one of the out rich attractions of Ramsar. A heavenly corridor with dense forest cover and thick mists.
It is the place that mist takes over you like a white silk. Like a small part of heaven is pictured for you. It is a green, dense forest, like a gallery of towering trees that drowns you in beauty. The fascinating road that every moment presents a fresh manifestation of its virgin nature and draws you to the temptation of seeing more beauties at the end of the path.

Arasbaran Forest
Arasbaran forest is a mountain district in East Azerbaijan Province. This forest area remained a little unknown among the forests of Iran but do not make any mistake. This splendid forest is known as a biosphere by UNESCO. This forest is located in Caspian and Caucasus and because it has a high elevation, there is a different climate in it. Currently known as the national park, there is a lot of animal diversity. It should be noted, however, that the area was protected and monitored due to the fragile landscape and vistas of 1350 and 1973 as the exclusion zone and then the protected area. 220 species of birds, 38 species of reptiles, 48 species of mammals and 22 species of fish live in this area, which can be referred to as a whole, goat, boar, brown bear, lynx and leopard.
